Hi, you have not indicated if you are looking for UG or PG level. If you are looking for PG level courses, Ireland Universities are quite affordable and offer a 1 year Masters and quite affordable in the range of 10,000 to 13,000 euros ( approx 7.5 to 10 lakhs rupees). You can work part time and you also get a 1 year stay back option to work for a year. 

You need a good first class degree and also need IELTS  ( 6.5 and above) or TOEFL ( 90 and above) as a addtional requirement. Visas are comparitively simpler and so put an early application.
