CPA/GPA % Criteria for postgraduate study

Hello, I would be pleased to know whether well known universities take into consideration the country where the undergraduate study was undertaken prior to admission for a post graduate study. My point of view is as follows: A CPA of say 75% in country/university X is certainly not identical to a CPA of 75% in country/university Y. I would be pleased to know whether this reflection is correct and if it is, how do universities usually distinguish between these candidates.

Hi, Most Universities have their own assessment system and have a fair idea about the Indian Universities. They also use NOOSR rankings to idendify which Universities are good and which are average.

Very difficult to tell you how a Foreign University selects a student. Every University is different and uses a Different evaluation system. Most of the admission tutors are quite familiar with CGPA's and Percentages.
