How should I prepare for admission in a good university in US for Masters in electronics.

I am in the Pre-final year of B.Tech.(Electronics and Communication Engineering). I would like to pursue my post graduation in Communication Engineering in the US. Which exam should i prepare for? When should i start preparing? I also want to know about the scholarships offered.

English proficiency test IELTS (6.5 an above) or TOEFL (95 an above) and GRE (310 an above) is mandatory for master degree. The above exams should be taken 8 months prior to the course intake.

Scholarship differ from each universities, it depends upon your previous academic result and also after entering the university, depending on your academic performance in the 1st term you will get the fee waiver or scholarship from the 2nd term onwards. The University admission team will have their own eligibility criteria and the student has to fulfill it, then you shall be eligible for the same.
