Hi, The interview process is essential for admissions and phone interviews are an option for international students and also depends on the universities admission requirements. For some programmes, you might be asked to take part in a telephone interview after assessment by the appropriate Department. For the admission in the universities or colleges in the Netherlands, the IELTS and TOEFL scores are commonly accepted. The required scores are at least 550 (paper based) or 213 (computer based) for TOEFL. For IELTS a score of at least 6 is required, along with your academic documents.

Hi Prince, Netherlands Education system is completely owned by the Government and so it is very tough to get in to a Dutch University unless you have good academics and most Universities also insist on either a good TOEFL or IELTS score. You can look at the below mentioned website of Netherlands embassy to get more information on Netherlands. Nuffic is a Government Organisation and part of the Netherlands Embassy and helps students with information.
