As you are a graduate in Economics and you are not good in theoretical subjects than possibly Masters in Economics should do well for you. The reason being that you are aware of the subjects involved in Economics as you have completed your graduation in the same and should be able to manage it well. You could work in areas of stock market, banks, insurance, financial institutions, investment firms like mutual funds, business newspaper/magazines/journals, government firms, etc. The scope is huge provided you have enough interest in it.Steps to apply to UK University: 1) Find out the list of universities that match your profile. 2) Find out the admission requirement, application deadline and IELTS requirement. In general 6.5 bands in IELTS are required for most of the UK universities. Few top UK universities require 7 bands.3) Documentation includes preparation of Statement of Purpose (Why you have selected this course? What do you wish to do after completing this course? Your past experience and qualities that you wish to highlight, if any, etc), two sets of letter of recommendations from your professors x number of UK universities that you wish to apply (few UK universities accept online recommendations for which you will need to follow-up with your recommenders, attested mark sheets of your economics (if possible than of all years), attested 12th and 10th mark sheet, financial documentation, resume and passport photocopy need to be sent along with the application. Some of the UK universities accept scanned documents which you will know at the time of actual application to your selected UK University. 4) Correspond with the email id provided in the application after 4 to 6 weeks to know the application status.5) Conditional admission means that you need to fulfill the requirement which could be payment of tuition deposit.6) Unconditional admission acceptance (CAS ) letter will be required for you to file your UK student visa.
