Hi, Rupee depreciation has a role to play in Education Overseas. With Indian rupee depreciating, cost of education abroad gets dearer whereas for students who have found jobs and earning in currencies abroad, the saving becomes better when you send the money back to India.

About the effect of Money on Exports or GDP, it is better answered by an economist rather than a Overseas edcuation expert.
