Hi, In general most Singapore Universities or colleges offer 1 year Master's courses. There is a 1 year MIT course in Networking in James Cook University Singapore which has got good job opportunities.

NUS ISS also offer a good program, a 13 month Graduate Diploma in System Analysis which is generally considered to be good and has good employablity chances.

But in general, you cannot work part time in Singapore. If you want short term courses with part time work and excellent job opportunties, you can look at a P.G Diploma in IT in New Zealand which is a 1 year course and also offer a 1 year Graduate Job Search Visa for students. You can look at some of the good colleges like NMIT, EIT, CPIT, etc for 1 year Level 7, P.G.Diploma courses.

All the best.
