Hi, Your Law experience may not be considered for Jobs or may have very little weightage. But Singapore is one of the Top financial Power cities in the world and scope for Finance jobs are quite high. MBA courses in finance will suit students with background in Commerce or has some experience in Finance and Banking.
But I am sure you are a Mature student and your maturity might come in handy. Give it a try. I will also ask to try another destination. Dubai has established a Finance City with lots of Big MNC's having set up base there. Look out for a good program in Finance there. University of Wollongong runs a Masters in Finance and Banking program. Give it a try.
Wish you all the best. Right Education never fails anyone.
