Hi, there are many univeristies in the UK offering Doctoral degree (Phd) Medical Specialisations. You should have a good score in your degree with a relevant discipline from a university or equivalent institution, with an IELTS score of at least 6.5. You can apply to the university directly and find out the entry criteria for the university seperately, as every university has its own admission requirements.

Queen Margaret University in UK also offers Msc Diabetes. You can also look at that as for PHD it is easier to get fellowships if the department already knows you. Many students go to UK for Masters and do the PHD after that after getting to know the professors there.
