Hello Sai,

GRE is required if you plan to study abroad. Mostly USA Universities demand GRE scores if you apply to non management degree programs like MS in Computer Science, etc. Good universities prefer not more than 2 years old GRE score. While few others accept more than 2 years old GRE scores as well.

So it does not matter when you wish to take GRE i.e., now or later when you work what matters is when you wish to apply. Plan your GRE accordingly.

I hope, I have understood your question properly.

Hello Sai,

Work experience is not mandatory for taking up GRE exam. Now days students who are in the pre final year of their bachelors program are taking up their GRE exam. For registering for your GRE exam kindly log on to www.ets.org/gre .You need have your valid passport for your GRE exam.
