Please provide us your entire profile for us to serve you better. Short listing the university can be done only based on your profile and your UG scores play a vital role.

1.University of Texas Austin, University of Wisconsin, University of California, Duke University, Drexel University are good for Mechanical Engineering

2.You need to shortlist the university based on your profile and needs, you should meet the entry requirement of the university. You need to work on your documents like Statement of purpose, letters of recommendation, transcript etc before you start with your online application. Please not most of the universities will have application fee.

3.You have to take either IELTS or TOEFL; these are English Language proficiency exams.

GRE (optional but preferred) which is a general admission test for masters.

4.The scholarship depends upon your previous academic result and also after entering the university, depending on your academic performance in the 1st term you will get the fee waiver or scholarship from the 2nd term onwards. The University admission team will have their own eligibility criteria and the student has to fulfill it, then you shall be eligible for the same.

5.Once you complete online/paper application form, University will review your application and will be issuing offer letter if you are selected for that course. Upon receiving offer letter you can start working on your visa.
