Hi, Hotel Management is available in a few good Institutions in Singapore and the beauty of Hotel Management  courses is the Paid Internships during the course of the program, which gives valuable work experience as well as some money to manage the living expenses while studying.

Look out for Nanyang Institute of Management, SHATEC, All Spice Culinary school ( all three are accredited by Edu Trust Singapore) and very affordable ( in the range of about 5 lakhs for the whole 1 year course). There is also a good program run by University of Nevada Las Vegas but it could be a little expensive.
