Hi,
Good Evening!
You could look for statistics program from very good universities like Oxford, Bath, Warwick, Aston, Nottingham, Heriot Watt, etc.
With regard to Nottingham University, they offer Masters in Statistics and Applied Probablity. The topics that they would cover would be advanced stochastic processes, queuing processes, epidemic models and reliability, etc.
All the Best!
