Europe is also a good place to pursue MS in Bio Medical engineering. Keep an alternate option to USA. With your High GPA, you can seek admissions in Europe in Netherlands or in Germany. Biomedical Engineering thrives by professionals who can think and work at an academic level, to solve the problems faced by those who provide or require health care. An essential aspect of this involves understanding the role and experience of patients, doctors and paramedics. Try University of Twente in Netherlands ( ranked highly by QS Ranking) which runs a excellent MS Program in Biomedical Engineering and also offers PhD opportunities. Log on to www.utwente.nl/en/
