Dear Amir

Thank you for writing to us.

To be honest, if you want to get an USA  university you need a good university for which you have to write GMAT.

If your brother in law becomes a sponsor at the time of visa then your chances of visa are almost negligible as showing funds from the USA  makes you potential immigrants. Thus it is not advisable to do so

In case you have any other query please feel free to reach us.

Thanks and Regards
