Applicants can apply for this opportunity once an offer of a place to study at Goldsmiths is accepted. Awards will be based on a combination of academic merit and the information given on the application form. For the China GREAT Scholarship, students must have accepted their offer for one of the taught postgraduate courses within the following departments: Institute of Management Studies; Computing; Music. For the India GREAT Scholarship, students must have accepted their offer for one of the taught postgraduate courses within the following departments: Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship; Design; Institute of Management Studies; Computing. For the Thailand GREAT Scholarship, students must have accepted their offer for one of the taught postgraduate courses within the following departments: Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship; Design; Institute of Management Studies; Computing.

Goldsmiths International Scholarships

You must meet the general eligibility criteria and regulations. You must also be eligible to pay international fees (this includes international fee-paying students from within the EU) and have accepted an offer on an eligible Goldsmiths programme: Postgraduate taught degree programmes (excluding Fine Art and Design programmes); Graduate Diploma programmes (excluding Design).
Application details
Applications will open on December 1 2020 and consist of two rounds. If you apply by 31 March 2021, (23:59 GMT), you will hear back about your application on or around 15 April 2021. If you apply by 17 May 2021, (23:59 GMT), you will hear back about your application on or around 1 June 2021.

Academics at Risk Scholarship

Student requirements
You must be an early career academic, and must: have received an offer of a place on a full-time PhD programme; Have held an academic post (e.g. a post as a lecturer and/or researcher) in a higher education institution or equivalent; Have been referred via Cara; This scholarship cannot be used in conjunction with any other Goldsmiths financial award. The academic supervisor will need to provide an update each year confirming academic progress to an expected level; This scholarship is offered in collaboration with the Council for At-Risk Academics (CARA).
