Legacy Scholarship

 To qualify, applicants for admission must apply by February 15th (for the fall semester), December 1st (for the spring semester) and indicate on their Admission Application that one or both of their parents are Pace graduates.

Honours Opportunity Scholarship

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible, students must be admitted as matriculated students in a degree program and must enroll full-time (at least 12 credits per term) in each Fall and Spring term until completing the Bachelor's degree program. Selection is based on academic excellence. 

Merit Awards are available for a maximum of four years or until the first bachelor's degree is completed, whichever occurs first. (The exception is for students in a 5-year combined degree program who may receive the award for up to five years as long as they are enrolled for 12 or more credits each term). Summer sessions are not included. This scholarship is applicable ONLY to tuition charges at Pace and may not, in combination with other tuition specific financial aid, exceed the student's actual tuition. Renewal is automatic, provided the student maintains a 2.00 cumulative QPA, maintains Satisfactory Academic Progress, and continuously enrolls full-time in each Fall and Spring term until completing the bachelor's degree. If this award is not renewed due to low QPA or unsatisfactory academic progress, it may be reinstated if the student achieves the required QPA or academic progress within one year.

Trustee Recognition Award

These merit awards are offered to entering Freshman students who show academic promise. To be eligible, students must be admitted as matriculated students in a degree program and must enroll full-time (at least 12 credits per term) in each Fall and Spring term until completing the Bachelor's degree program. Selection is based on academic excellence.

Merit Awards are available for a maximum of four years or until the first bachelor's degree is completed, whichever occurs first. (The exception is for students in a 5-year combined degree program who may receive the award for up to five years as long as they are enrolled for 12 or more credits each term). Summer sessions are not included. This scholarship is applicable ONLY to tuition charges at Pace and may not, in combination with other tuition specific financial aid, exceed the student's actual tuition. Honors College Scholarship

Scholarships are available for a maximum of four years from the term the student entered the University or until the first bachelor's degree is completed, whichever occurs first. (The exception is for students in a 5-year combined degree program who may receive the award for up to five years as long as they are enrolled for 12 or more credits each term). Summer sessions are not included. This scholarship is applicable only to tuition charges at Pace and may not, in combination with other tuition specific financial aid, exceed the student's actual tuition. Renewal is automatic provided the student continues to participate in the Honors College, maintains a 3.30 cumulative QPA, maintains Satisfactory Academic Progress, and continuously enrolls full-time in each Fall and Spring term until completing the bachelor's degree.

Pace Incentive Award

Graduate Assistantships

Eligibility requirements

Available to: Students who have shown academic accomplishment, skills, and related experience. 

Award amount: Both full- and part-time assistantships (in research and/or administrative positions) are available to qualified students. Assistantships carry the value of full or half tuition, as well as a stipend. Amounts awarded depend on whether the student is a full or partial assistant.
 
Length of award: Assistantships are given on a per-semester basis.

Due date: To be considered, students should file the Graduate Assistantship application, which is available in the application for admission. Assistantships are awarded by the academic department through which the student is admitted. Due to the limited number of positions available, assistantships are very competitive.

Mayor's Graduate Scholarship Program

Eligibility requirements

Available to: Graduate students who are employed full-time by a New York City government agency, department, or office.

Requirements: Award decisions are made by the Pace University Graduate Scholarship Committee and are based on leadership potential, academic background, and professional experience as presented in the Graduate Application for Admission. The scholarship is applicable only to students applying for the academic semester beginning in September.

President’s and Dean's Scholarship Awards

Eligibility requirements

Available to: Full- and part-time matriculated students demonstrating exceptional scholastic ability. Full-time students awarded the scholarship must take a minimum of 9 credits per fall and spring semesters. Part-time students must take a minimum of 6 credits per fall and spring semester to be considered eligible. International students must take a minimum of 9 credits per fall and spring semester for eligibility.

Application Process:  An application for the President's and Dean's scholarship is not required.  Your application for admission serves as your application for the scholarship.  Applicants are notified of their award in their acceptance packet.
