Overview

Mount Saint Vincent University was established by the Sisters of Charity in 1873 and at one time was the only higher education institution in Canada to admit women students. MSVU is home to over 4,050 students including international students from over 50 countries. Undergraduate programs are offered in Arts, Science, Education, and a number of professional programs including Applied Human Nutrition, Business Administration, Child and Youth Study, Public Relations, and Tourism and Hospitality Management. 13 graduate degrees and 11 certificate and diplomas are also offered.
