Masters course in U.K is quite intensive and can be quite stressful. In fact in several areas, I found that my knowledge is mere superficial which is justified by the fact that whereas in other countries an MSc course is of two yrs, in U.K its of 1 yr. It gives an entirely different approach to study and work and the opportunity to work and be with students of different nationalities which is quite advantageous. For future students, before selecting a course, its market value should be well researched and evaluated. Most Universities have information about accomodation and they should be made well use of. Its advisable that first yr should be spent in University managed accomodation as this will give the student a good footing to understand the culture and working style of the new land that they plan to go to. City life plays a good importance as a student must maintain a social life other than studies. This will relax him or her a lot and also make settling down easier.

It has been a great experience so far. Good research facilities have been provided by the university. I have developed a good working relationship with my tutor and that has been very useful. The work culture is very very different from what I am used to in India.
