Chris gives a few important tips for preparing for the GRE. Students should not just memorise words and their meanings but learn how to use them effectively in a sentence. Similarly students should not just memorise mathematical formulae but be able to analyse a mathematical question and solve it to get the correct answer. He says that signing up for the test as early as possible is a good thing to do as it gives students more time to prepare.
Students should refer authorised training material and not sign-up for random online tests just because their friends are taking them up. Using sub-standard training material is detrimental. Most important factor is the ‘never say die’ attitude. One should be confident and prepare with dedication to secure a good score in the GRE test.
