The University of Dundee is pleased to announce the Scotland Saltire Scholarships for 2020/21; In order to be eligible to apply for the scholarship, all applicants must: Have a Conditional or Unconditional Offer to study at the University of Dundee in September 2020. This can be any full time (180 credits), postgraduate taught, on campus programme; Have International fee status as verified by the University of Dundee; Be a citizen of China, Hong Kong, Japan, India, Pakistan, USA or Canada; Subject: Architecture and Urban Planning, Art and Design, Biological/Biomedical Sciences, Business (Accountancy / Economics / Finance / International Business), Computing, Electronic Engineering, Energy Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, English, Geography / Environmental Science, History, Liberal Arts, Mechanical Engineering, Philosophy; Scotland's Saltire Scholarships are an incredible opportunity to study in a country with world-leading universities and a long tradition of academic excellence.

Al-Maktoum College Humanitarian Scholarship in Islamic Finance 2020/21

This scholarship is available to students of MSc Islamic Finance only; The University of Dundee is pleased to announce 2 scholarship opportunities, in conjunction with Al-Maktoum College Dundee. In order to be eligible to apply for the scholarship, applicants must: Have firmly accepted their offer of entry for the Postgraduate MSc Islamic Finance programe, starting in September 2020 or January 2021; This can be a conditional or unconditional offer; Have International fee status, as verified by the University of Dundee; Applicants who can evidence their refugee status will be considered as a priority group, however we may invite additional students to apply; Subject: Business (Accountancy / Economics / Finance / International Business).

Application details

Applicants who have accepted their place on the MSc Islamic Finance course for 2020/21 will be invited to apply directly to the University of Dundee. A supporting statement will be required, and the deadline for submission for September 2020 applicants is 31 March 2020 and for January 2021 applicants is 30 September 2020.

Global Excellence Postgraduate Taught Scholarship 2020/21

Student requirements

If you have demonstrated excellence through your academic, extra-curricular, or voluntary activities, we want to reward you for it; In order to be considered for a scholarship, applicants must: Hold an academic offer of entry for a postgraduate taught programme in any of our academic schools, beginning in September 2020 or January 2021; The programe must be a full 180 credit, 12 month programme. If you are studying a programme in the School of Medicine, this will be reviewed on an individual basis and is not automatically awarded; Hold Overseas Fee status, as determine by the University; Have achieved a UK 1st Class Honours degree (or equivalent); Your eligibility for the scholarship is based on your academic achievements, and any extra-curricular and/or voluntary activities; Subject: Anatomy / Forensic Anthropology / Forensic and Medical Art, Architecture and Urban Planning, Art and Design, Biological/Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business (Accountancy / Economics / Finance / International Business), Civil Engineering, Computing, Dentistry, Education, Electronic Engineering, Energy Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, Geography / Environmental Science, History, Law, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences, Philosophy, Physics, Politics and International Relations, Psychology, Social Work.

Alumni Scholarship 2020/21

Student requirements

The University of Dundee provides up to £3,000 for Alumni Students, and is available to applicants who meet the following criteria: Have applied to study a full (180 credit) postgraduate taught programme starting in September 2020 or January 2021. If you are returning to study an Undergraduate programme, a Postgraduate taught programme which is less than 180 credits, a Distance Learning Programme, or a Postgraduate Research Programme then unfortunately you are not eligible; Have graduated from the University of Dundee, having previously completed a full undergraduate or postgraduate taught degree, OR; If you have not graduated from the University of Dundee, but an immediate family member has, then you are eligible to apply for this scholarship; Subject: Anatomy / Forensic Anthropology / Forensic and Medical Art, Architecture and Urban Planning, Art and Design, Biological/Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business (Accountancy / Economics / Finance / International Business), Civil Engineering, Computing, Dentistry, Education, Electronic Engineering, Energy Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, English, Geography / Environmental Science, History, Law, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences, Philosophy, Physics, Politics and International Relations, Psychology, Social Work.
