Eligibility requirements
The Athletic Department offers scholarships of up to the full cost of attendance to outstanding student-athletes who participate in any of the following National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I athletics programs:
MEN'S SPORTS
- Baseball
- Basketball
- Cross country
- Golf
- Lacrosse
- Soccer
- Track & field
WOMEN'S SPORTS
- Basketball
- Cross country
- Golf
- Lacrosse
- Soccer
- Softball
- Track & field
- Volleyball
Athletic Scholarship Guidelines
Students must maintain the minimum satisfactory academic progress requirements for the school or college in which they are enrolled in order to have their athletics scholarships renewed on an annual basis. These scholarships may not be combined with any other University administered scholarships or grants.

Hartt Performing Arts Scholarships

Eligibility requirements
The Hartt School offers scholarships up to full tuition to entering full-time students based on the outcome of the audition process and academic achievement. Students will be notified about these awards at the time of admission.
Performing Arts Scholarship Guidelines:
- Awards are made for one academic year and are renewable (up to an aggregate total of four years) based on an annual evaluation. Students accepted into a double major or five year program upon admission to the university may have the award renewed for up to an aggregate total of five years.
- Students must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of either 2.75 in all of their University of Hartford course work or a cumulative GPA of 3.0 in their major field(s) of study at The Hartt School and quantitative academic progress.
- These scholarships may not be combined with any other non need-based scholarships or grants.

Artistic Merit Scholarships

Eligibility requirements
The Hartford Art School (HAS) offers talent awards ranging up to full tuition to entering full-time students based on the quality of their portfolio review and academic achievement. Students are notified of these awards at the time of admission.
Scholarship Guidelines:
- Students must maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- These awards are renewable each academic year (up to an aggregate total of four years) upon the recommendation of the Dean of the Hartford Art School.
- These scholarships may not be combined with any other non need-based scholarships or grants.
