For 2020 entry, we are delighted to offer very generous scholarships to reward high-quality candidates who are applying for the MSc Environmental Leadership and Management programme, who: are classed as an international (non-UK or EU) student for fee purposes; AND hold, or are predicted to achieve, the UK equivalent of a high 2:1 in undergraduate studies – these students will be considered for a 50% scholarship until we reach our funding limit; hold, or are predicted to achieve, the equivalent of a first class degree – these students will be considered for a Scholarship for Excellence which will provide either a 75% or 100% scholarship, until we reach our funding limit.

International Sporting Excellence Award

To apply for this award, you must: be of academy, national or international standard in any sport or show strong evidence of future outstanding potential; be classed as an overseas student for fee purposes; hold an offer to start a full-time academic course in any subject; are a at the University of Nottingham UK in September 2020.

We're offering 10 scholarships of £5,000 towards full-time tuition fees for international students at any study level with outstanding sporting ability.

Sports Scholarships

Student requirements

To apply for this award, you must: be of academy, national or international standard in your sport or show strong evidence of future outstanding potential; successfully achieve a place on a course at the University of Nottingham or be already studying here home, EU and international students are all eligible for sports scholarships; Our bronze, silver and gold packages also include financial support of £1,000 to £8,000 towards training and competition expenses, plus a range of other benefits including mentoring, sports psychology and nutrition advice, contributing to a total scholarship value of £4,500 to £14,000; We are also offering new International Sporting Excellence Scholarships in 2020 for international students with outstanding sporting ability, covering £5,000 towards tuition fees.

Islamic Development Bank and The University of Nottingham International Scholarship Programme

Student requirements

You can apply for this scholarship if you: meet the application criteria for the IDB Merit Scholarship Programme for High Technology (MSP); are a national of and have permanent employment in one of the IDB member countries; are classed as an overseas student for fee purposes; hold an offer to study at The University of Nottingham for the relevant academic year in one of the subject areas allied to MSP. Students are expected to return to their home country on completion of their studies.
