International Tuition Fee Scholarship

Study level

Postgraduate

Eligibility requirements

Applicants must:

  • be an International student
  • not be a sponsored student
  • be a commencing student (i.e. be new to USQ)
  • receive an offer to study in one of the following postgraduate degree programs offered by the University of Southern Queensland:
  1. Master of Professional Accounting
  2. Master of Information Systems
  3. Master of Business Administration
  • have successfully completed an undergraduate degree program at AQF 7 or equivalent with a minimum GPA of 5.0/7.0 or GPA 6.0/10.0 or 60% average overall or equivalent.

Application details

Applicants must:

  • complete an International Application Form and be provided an Offer Letter by the closing date (Applicants must allow processing time for Visa and application assessment where appropriate)
  • submit your admission application through the online application system, or through an education agent.

Value details

Each scholarship will have a maximum value of 20% of the tuition fees for the duration of the approved study program. The scholarship will be applied as a 20% reduction of the tuition fees.

2020 USQ Subcontinent International Tuition Fee Scholarship (Postgraduate)

Eligibility requirements

In Semester 1 2020, Semester 2 2020 and Semester 3 2020, the University of Southern Queensland (USQ) will offer 10% tuition fee scholarships to postgraduate International students commencing on-campus study from the Subcontinent (Sri Lanka, India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Pakistan).

Applicants must:

  • be an International student from the Subcontinent (Sri Lanka, India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Pakistan)
  • be a full-time student
  • be an on-campus student
  • not be a sponsored student
  • be a commencing student (i.e. be new to USQ)
  • receive an offer to study for Semester 1, 2 or 3 2020 in a Postgraduate degree program offered by the University of Southern Queensland

Application details

Applicants must:

In Semester 1 2020 and Semester 2 2020, the University of Southern Queensland (USQ) will offer 10% tuition fee scholarships to undergraduate International Nursing students commencing on-campus study from the Subcontinent (Sri Lanka, India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Pakistan).

Incoming Study Abroad International Travel Grant

Study level

Undergraduate,Postgraduate

Eligibility requirements

Applicants must:

  • be an International student
  • not be a sponsored student
  • be a commencing student in the Study Abroad program (fee paying) at USQ in Semester 1 2020 OR Semester 2 2020
  • be studying on-campus
  • be enrolled in a minimum of 3 study units in the semester the Grant is awarded
  • be studying the Study Abroad (fee paying) program at USQ (not be studying Cross-institutional or Professional Development courses)

Selection criteria

Applicants will be considered for this grant based on the information provided in their USQ Study Abroad program application.
