This scholarship is awarded in the form of a £4,000 tuition fee waiver and is open to full time, on-campus, self-funding applicants who are either Indian nationals or are living in India at the point of application, and are classed as overseas students for tuition fee purposes. Eligibility and availability You must have received a conditional or unconditional offer of admissions for an eligible postgraduate taught course at the University of Stirling starting in September 2020 or January 2021. You must be classed as overseas for tuition fee purposes. You must be an Indian national or living in India at the point of application. This scholarship is only available to students studying at our Stirling campus. Please note that award of this scholarship cannot be combined with any other University of Stirling scholarship or award.

Scholarships for MSc Courses in Psychology

All students, including international students, formally accepted onto an MSc course in Psychology, are eligible to apply. All students, including international students, formally accepted onto a 2020-21 MSc course, are eligible to apply for these awards. The Faculty of Natural Sciences (Psychology) is pleased to be able to offer scholarships to contribute towards fees or maintenance costs for students beginning a taught MSc course in September 2020.

Dr Dee Amy-Chinn Gender Studies Scholarship

Only applicants holding a current offer from the University of Stirling for the MSc/MLitt Gender Studies (Applied) programme will be considered. The Scholarship is paid to the successful recipient in two instalments – at the end of September and the end of January. If the recipient is studying part time the award will be distributed in four instalments over two years. All students (full and part-time/overseas, home and EU) undertaking the MSc/MLitt Gender Studies (Applied) are eligible to apply.

International Sports Scholarship Programme

This sports scholarship is for talented student athletes helping students to fulfil their potential. We support students competing in our core sports, listed below, and other sports if at an international level: Our core sports are: football; golf; swimming; tennis; triathlon Students receive: funding support, academic flexibility, national standard coaching, essential equipment and opportunity to stay on campus. Other sports must feature in BUCS, Commonwealth, Olympic or Paralympic programmes.

Application details

Applications should be returned before the start of semester in September. To be considered for a scholarship, applicants must hold - or be in the process of applying for - a place on an undergraduate or postgraduate degree programme at the University of Stirling. Students must also meet the sport-specific qualification criteria.

This scholarship is only available to students studying at our Stirling campus. Please note that this scholarship cannot be combined with any other University of Stirling scholarship.

This scholarship is awarded in the form of a tuition fee waiver for the first year of a full-time Masters degree, and is available to international students who have completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Stirling in 2020 and will begin their Masters degree in September 2020. Eligibility and availability It is preferred that you apply with a FastTrack application through your Student Portal for an eligible postgraduate taught course at the University of Stirling commencing in September 2020. You must be classed as an overseas student for tuition fee purposes. You should have previously studied at the University of Stirling as an undergraduate student that graduated in June 2020. This scholarship is only available to students studying at our Stirling campus. Please note that this scholarship cannot be combined with any other University of Stirling scholarship.

Eligibility requirements: You must have received a conditional or unconditional offer of admissions for an eligible postgraduate taught course at the University of Stirling. You must be classed as an overseas student for tuition fee purposes. You should have previously studied at the University of Stirling as part of an international exchange or study abroad programme or the International Summer School programme. This scholarship is only available to students studying at our Stirling campus. Please note that this scholarship cannot be combined with any other University of Stirling scholarship.

INTO Stirling Progression Scholarships

This scholarship is available to students who successfully progress from a qualifying pathway programme delivered by the INTO University of Stirling joint venture onto a University of Stirling postgraduate taught programme. The fee waiver only applies to the first year of study at the University of Stirling. Eligibility and availability You must have received a conditional or unconditional offer of admissions for an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate taught course at the University of Stirling. You must be classed as overseas for tuition fee purposes. You must have successfully completed a relevant INTO pathway programme at the INTO University of Stirling centre. This excludes English only courses, including pre-sessional language courses. You must be a full-time student. This scholarship is only available to students studying at our Stirling campus. Please note that award of this scholarship cannot be combined with any other University of Stirling scholarship or award
