Student requirements

They should submit a personal statement of around 1000 words that demonstrates: academic excellence in a prior undergraduate degree programme; a genuine, evidence-based interest in and/or sensitivity to intercultural/multicultural issues; a successful and evidenced track record of working in multicultural contexts; experience in training, coaching or consulting regarding intercultural communication (Desirable).

Graduate Award Scheme

Student requirements

We are offering 200 Awards for Warwick graduates starting their postgraduate course in 2020. You could receive 50% off course fees for courses within Warwick Business School (WBS) or the Department of Economics, and 30% off course fees for other masters level courses. All masters courses are eligible for the scheme apart from the following: Courses with access to NHS Bursaries; Courses with access to DfE bursaries; PGCE courses; MBChB courses within the Medical School; MBA and variants; Other scholarships and eligibility. Eligibility - The scheme is open to Warwick graduates who meet these criteria: Have Home/EU or Overseas fee status. You must be self-funding and have no other source of financial support from outside of the University of Warwick other than a student loan. You will not be eligible if you are a student sponsored by or holding a scholarship from an external organisation. Hold a First or 2.1 at undergraduate level. Have applied to study and accepted an offer by 31 July 2020 to start one of these types of course in Autumn 2020: Full-time Postgraduate Taught (PGT); Full-time Postgraduate Diploma (PGD); Full-time Masters by research courses (one year courses only). The scheme is not available if you carry over or defer your entry to another year.

There is no formal application process for this scheme. You must fit the criteria detailed above. In order to be considered for the scheme, you must apply for a full-time postgraduate course and accept your offer by 31 July 2020.

Centre for Applied Linguistics MA TESOL Bursaries

Level of study

Postgraduate

Student requirements

You must be from outside the UK/EU, with an excellent academic record, with at least 3 years of professional/ teaching experience, and have accepted an unconditional offer from Warwick. You can only apply after you have accepted your place as a full-time student. You will need to describe your academic achievements, relevant professional experience and/ or career goals and the reasons for wanting to take the course. This information should be summarised in no more than 1000 words.
