About the accommodation

Living at Stevens leads to some of the most exciting and rewarding times of a student?s life. All Stevens students enjoy a vibrant and dynamic living and learning environment on stunning, park-like, 55-acre residential campus in Hoboken, N.J. There are seven unique residence halls located on the Stevens campus that are home to undergraduate students during the academic year. These residence halls foster a rich social atmosphere that complements the university?s intellectual, academic environment. Undergraduates and their classmates are close to all Stevens?s resources, including classrooms, labs, the library, dining facilities and the athletic center. The residence hall includes Castle Point Hall, Humphreys Hall, Palmer Hall, Davis Hall, Jonas Hall, River Terrace Suites, and Hayden Hall. Stevens? special interest communities bring together students who share the same passions and interests. The Lore El Center for Women provides an exciting and dynamic living and learning community for a small group of undergraduate women at Stevens. The C.A.R.E. House, which stands for Community Awareness Residential Experience, provides an opportunity for students who are dedicated to community service and volunteerism to live with students who share this interest. Stevens leases apartments in eight off-campus buildings in historic Hoboken. Residents enjoy the excitement of the city of Hoboken while having the convenience of living within a short walk or shuttle ride to the Stevens campus. Stevens Leased Housing residents also benefit from a 12-month lease extending from July through June. Most Stevens?s graduate students live in off-campus houses and apartments in Stevens? hometown of Hoboken, N.J., as well as other cities which surround the university. A small number of graduate students live in Stevens Leased Housing apartments located in Hoboken within walking distance of the campus.
