International Merit Scholarship
This is a competitive scholarship award which is offered to students based on their academic performance. Eligible students must be newly admitted international students, who are working towards a degree on campus and have an F-1 visa.

Memphis in May Scholarship
The Memphis in May organization and International Studies program have collaborated to offer this annual scholarship, which provides USD 1,000 for one academic year to successful applicants. It can be used to reduce study costs or fund a study abroad opportunity (subject to approval).

Candidates are evaluated on a rolling, space-available basis, and each application is considered on its individual merits. Applications for fall admission must be made before the July 1st application deadline, and the university is moderately selective with an acceptance rate of 85 per cent.
