The Katz School currently offers the STEM Fellows program, which includes a $9-$15K scholarship (amount varies by program), reducing total tuition to $25K for a graduate degree. In addition to the scholarship, STEM Fellows receive industry mentorship through their studies and have the opportunity to showcase and publish their research at the Katz School's annual Symposium on Science, Technology and Health.

The STEM Fellows program is open to both US and international students. International students will be able to work up to 3 years in the United States for their STEM OPT. Applicants are automatically considered for the STEM Fellows program at the time of their application; no additional application is needed. STEM Fellows may apply external scholarships (e.g., Fulbright, NSF, government support) towards their tuition but may not combine other scholarships from Yeshiva University or the Katz School with the STEM Fellows scholarship.
The Katz School welcomes applications from international students. The school takes a holistic approach to admissions and seeks students with intellectual curiosity, a capacity for rigorous academic work and a commitment to their field of study.
All applicants must meet the academic requirements for their specific degree program, including minimum GPA and any prerequisite knowledge or coursework. International students will need to satisfy the same academic criteria as domestic students and must demonstrate proficiency in the English language. Evidence can be shown through completion of the TOEFL IBT exam, IELTS, or the Duolingo English Test (DET) with the following minimum requirements: TOEFL: 85; IELTS: 6.5; Duolingo: 110; PTE: 59. Tests must be taken no more than two years prior to the date of your application.
Applications for 2023 are submitted online and will be accepted on a rolling basis. Application requirements include a completed online application, a $50 USD application fee, transcripts (in English) from all universities and colleges attended, a statement of purpose, a resume/CV, and proof of English proficiency. By conducting case studies, simulations, research and individual and team projects, Katz students tackle real-world challenges and are prepared for a lifetime of professional success.
Founded in 1886, Yeshiva University (YU) is a US News top-100 research university in New York City.
