Rishabh Sharma - Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology / India

“I feel lucky to be studying at Kangan Institute as it is a platform for me to reach greater heights. The teachers have a lot of expertise based on their industry and overseas experiences. My teacher has also connected me to a work placement opportunity at GN Autoworks in Hoppers Crossings where I’m gaining experience in tasks like servicing engines and repairing cars. I plan to complete a degree in engineering and hopefully introduce something new and innovative in the automotive industry in the future.”

Ketty Domingue - Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery

“My goal is to start my own business and I’m here in Melbourne to learn about different cuisines. I’m enjoying the course at Kangan Institute so far. The training kitchen is well-equipped and teachers set aside plenty of time for students."

Zhuo Ping Bo - Advanced Diploma of Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) /China

“My first year doing this course was my first ever time in the kitchen. I have learnt so much about teamwork and how to communicate with other people. By cooking, I have also learnt about the culture here in Australia. Kangan Institute was recommended to me by my agent in China and seems to be highly regarded as it has won awards. It is also a different experience compared to a private school as I have had more hands-on practice.”
