Overview

College of the Rockies is located in the Kootenay Rocky Mountains of south-eastern British Columbia and offers students lifestyle and learning opportunities to match its spectacular setting. The college’s main Campus and Gold Creek Campus are in Cranbrook, and its regional campuses are located in Creston, Fernie, Kimberley and Golden, all of which offer unique courses. Programs and services offered by its five regional campuses are diverse and suited to the communities they serve. A few campuses have their “signature” programs – unique and special – and most of them provide courses in Adult Basic Education. Each year, the college offers a variety of programs to around 2000 full-time students, which includes close to 200 overseas students from over 30 countries. The college’s state-of-the-art facilities meet industry’s steadily growing demand for skilled employees. The British Columbia Rocky Mountains region offer great opportunities for hiking and snowboarding.
