Students do not need to submit a scholarship application. All students are automatically considered for financial awards as part of their degree application. Awards are granted based on a student's prior academic achievements. In addition, early admission applicants get priority consideration.
The amount awarded depends on the specific scholarship and a student's academic achievement. Award renewal is annual, provided students meet minimum grades while studying at the university.
For students who do not qualify for scholarship funding, FDU Vancouver provides a support service which can offer advice on alternative ways for students to support themselves financially, including help finding work that fits around their studies.
To apply for an undergraduate degree at FDU Vancouver, international students must have graduated from a government-recognized or otherwise accredited secondary school or must have received their General Education Development certificate. Transcripts should be submitted directly from an institution to the FDU Vancouver admissions office. Copies are accepted for initial applications, but upon admission, students must provide the official transcript.
