Overview

Northern College is located in the vast wilderness of Northern Ontario and offers career-enhancing education, with on-site, hybrid and distance education options for students in search of flexible and impactful learning opportunities online. The college’s post-secondary programs provide students with the knowledge and skills required for successful careers in Business and Office Administration, Engineering Technology and Trades, Community Services, Health Sciences and Emergency Services, Welding Engineering Technology and Veterinary Sciences. Northern College’s programs provide industry skills training with Northern Training Division, as well as preparatory programs to help students gain the credentials to further their education and career. The college provides a variety of program durations to enable a diverse set of learners to access the programs. Northern College’s four campuses in Haileybury, Timmins, Kirkland Lake and Moosonee allow students to enjoy a slower-paced experience with nature, recreation and social and professional development.
