Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion, students will be able to:

Entry requirements

For students from United States

Admission to undergraduate programs at ANU, the following qualifications from an approved institution will be considered when assessing applicant’s eligibility: Australian Year 12 or international equivalent. Completed Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) level 5 or higher. Minimum 1 year of full-time enrolment (1.0 FTE) in a single bachelor program study. English Language Requirements: Academic IELTS: An overall score of 6.5 with at least 6 in each component of the test; a score of 570 with TWE score of 4.5 in TOEFL (paper based test); A score of 80, with a minimum of 20 in Reading and Writing and 18 in Speaking and Listening in TOEFL (internet based test); Cambridge CAE (Pre and Post): 58 overall with all sub skills at borderline or higher; 176 overall with at least 169 in all sub skills. PTE Academic an overall score of 64 with a minimum score of 55 in each of the communicative skills.

For international students

An Australian year 12 qualification or international equivalent; OR

A completed Associate Diploma, Associate Degree, AQF Diploma, Diploma, AQF Advanced Diploma, Graduate Certificate or international equivalent; OR

At least one standard full-time year (1.0 FTE) in a single program of degree level study at an Australian higher education institution or international equivalent; OR

An approved tertiary preparation course unless subsequent study is undertaken.
