The qualification awarded on graduation is recognised in the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) as Level 7.

From July, these terms will commence every six weeks, so international students can begin studying online now and be ready to join us on campus once borders reopen.

Career outcomes

Thanks to the flexibility of La Trobe's Bachelor of Arts, the skills you'll acquire are transferable across many industries, including business, human resources, marketing, arts and media as well as legal, social and welfare professions.

Once you've completed your Bachelor of Arts, you'll also have the option to pursue postgraduate study to specialise further in a specific area.

Applicants require completion of Australian Year 12 (or international equivalent) with a certain grade. International Baccalaureate (IB): Minimum of 4 in English A1 or A2 (Higher and Standard Levels); or Minimum of 5 in English B (Higher Level), Over six subjects.
