What will I learn?

Every business and industry is affected by the law - and this course could open up a world of opportunities for you.

Develop the management, business skills and legal knowledge needed to conduct day-to-day business. Identify when you need to seek legal advice and examine the important areas of finance, advertising and employment law. You'll graduate knowing your rights as an employer and employee and will have the knowledge to set up and register your own business.

You'll explore the laws around consumer and employee protection, product disclosure, business reporting, compliance and many other areas of business. You'll also study principles of order and justice, and the different ways business disputes can be resolved.

Entry requirements

For international students

Applicants are required to complete secondary education (Year 12 or Australian equivalent) currently or within the last two years are eligible to apply. Entry requirements vary country by country.

Academic International English Language Testing System (IELTS): IELTS overall score of 6.5 with no band less than 6.5; Cambridge Advanced English after January 2015 (CAE): 176 overall with no band below 176; Pearson Test of English (PTE): 58 with no band below 58; Test of English as a Foreign Language - IBT (TOEFL IBT): 79 with no band less than 21; Special Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT) (Written English Section): Written English Score 140
