With this one-year Bachelor of Construction Management and Property (Honours) degree at UNSW, you can choose to generalise or specialise in building, property development or quantity surveying. Follow your passion by undertaking a significant research project.
This Honours degree gives you the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of Construction Management and Property by undertaking a significant research project. You have the option to specialise in building, property development or quantity surveying, or complete a generalist Honours degree that covers all these areas. Following completion of the Honours year, you may apply to undertake a research degree such as the Master of Philosophy, Masters by Research or a PhD.

Students must hold a Bachelors degree in Construction Management with the equivalent of a UNSW 65 WAM (Weighted Average Mark).
