What will I learn?

The Certificate III in Hairdressing will give you the essential skills and knowledge you need to become a hairdresser or hair stylist. You will learn how to cut, colour, chemically treat hair to create styles your clients will love. At TAFE NSW you will train with industry professionals and practice your skills in workshops and a simulated salon environment. You will also learn about client communication and service delivery. This includes how to discuss the needs of your client and style their hair according to their requirements. Graduate with practical experience, the ability to communicate with a range of different people and the most up to date industry knowledge. You will graduate with a highly respected TAFE NSW hairdressing qualification.
