What will I learn?

This course aims to provide you with administrative skills and a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of administrative roles. You will be able to apply solutions to a defined range of problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. You will be able to provide leadership and guidance to others with some limited responsibility.

Course Structure

To receive the Certificate IV in Business Administration students must complete all core units and, if available, a range of additional units.

Job roles and titles vary across different industry sectors. Possible job titles relevant to this qualification include accounts supervisor, executive personal assistant, office administrator, project assistant.

Articulation

When you finish this course you can apply to do Diploma of Business Administration (R17809) or a range of other Diploma qualifications. In addition, depending on units/electives completed in this course, you may be eligible for advanced standing in other courses and other Training Package qualifications.

It is recommended for Students to have experience utilising Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.

Academic IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL (iBT) 46 or English Language Programs (Beginner to Advanced) at TAFE NSW or equivalent
