What will I learn?

Do you enjoy supporting people and making a difference in people’s lives? Then this course is for you. This qualification reflects the role of support workers in the community and/or residential setting following an individualised plan to provide person-centred support to people who may require support due to ageing, disability or some other reason.

Entry requirements

For international students

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Upper intermediate level of English (IELTS Score of 5.5 or equivalent)

All students must undertake the following:

  • Criminal Record Check.
