What will I learn?

Cyber attacks are a serious threat—for governments, law enforcement agencies, companies and NGOs alike. Digital system breaches can have disastrous, even life-threatening impacts. As a result, cyber security skills are in high demand.

What will you do?

Our Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security will equip you to execute and manage cutting-edge cyber security programs in any sphere.

The industry-driven content is delivered over six months full-time, with a flexible blend of online and intensive on-campus learning. You will gain:

a broad, manager’s perspective on complex cyber security needs and issues
high-level technical skills and the ability to apply them in real-world contexts
an introductory grasp of cyber security policy and governance considerations—social, legal and commercial
the ability to critically analyse and evaluate relevant data and technology.

You’ll also undertake courses in your chosen specialisation—Management or Secure Software.

Where could it take you?

You could help secure border protection authorities’ surveillance plans. Keep companies safe from industrial espionage. Or ensure online voting systems are tamper-free. The certificate could also give you advanced standing in our cyber security grad dip or masters.
