Entry requirements

For students from United States

Applicants must have completed a bachelor's degree from the University of Sydney. English Language Requirements: TOEFL - IBT score: A minimum result of 96 overall including a minimum result of 17 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 19 in Writing; IELTS score: A minimum result of 7.0 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band; TOEFL - PBT score: A minimum result of 592 overall including a minimum result of 4.5 in Writing.

For international students

For admission into this course, you should have:

(a) a Bachelor of Science in one of the following disciplines: biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, ecology, climate and atmospheric sciences, marine science, geology, geography, environmental studies, environmental engineering, agriculture and/or natural resource management; or

(b) a Bachelor degree from any discipline in addition to successfully completing 6 credit points of biology, 6 credit points of chemistry and 6 credit points of geography (total 18 credit points).

TOEFL - IBT score: A minimum result of 85 overall including a minimum result of 17 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 19 in Writing.

IELTS score: A minimum result of 6.5 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band

TOEFL - PBT score: A minimum result of 565 overall including a minimum result of 4.5 in Writing
