What will I learn?

The Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance is designed to enhance graduates' managerial effectiveness in the field of finance.

The program provides students with a strong foundation in the principles and practice of finance. And it furnishes them with new skills and analytical tools to form a sound basis for financial decision-making.

The Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance is also designed to prepare students who may be interested to continue further study in the Master of Applied Finance.

Entry requirements

For students from United States

Entry to postgraduate coursework programs as a minimum requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from an approved institution as a qualification for entry. Some of the graduate certificates and graduate diplomas that are offered may be accepted as qualifying work for entry to a Master’s program, or as professional qualifications in their own right. English language requirements: IELTS (Academic) Minimum Scores - Overall band score of 6.5 and Band score of 6 in all bands; TOEFL Minimum Scores - Paper-based: total score of 577 with a minimum of 4.5 in the Test of Written English (TWE) or Internet-based: total score of 79 with a minimum of 21 in Writing, 18 in Speaking and 13 in Reading and Listening; Pearson Test of English (Academic) Minimum Scores - Overall score of 58 and Skills profile of no less than 50 in all skills, Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) - Overall score of 176 and Individual score of 169 in all skills.
