What will I learn?

UNSW’s Master of Construction Project Management/Master of Property and Development is a postgraduate double degree that will equip you with advanced, interdisciplinary skills to manage property development and construction processes.With ever-increasing employment opportunities in both construction management and property development, this degree will set you apart from the crowd. You’ll gain an in-depth understanding of how the two areas are interrelated and apply this knowledge to lead complex projects in both fields. You’ll graduate with the skills, knowledge and experience to confidently achieve development and project outcomes in time, financial viability, risk management, quality, and sustainability – ready to lead projects that benefit both people and the planet. You will learn practical ways to integrate cutting-edge smart technologies and sustainable approaches to construction and property projects and conduct research into high-performance products and systems.With a focus on human-centred design, new technologies and health and wellbeing, you will learn how to address pressing challenges facing construction and property such as the transition to higher density living, skilled labour shortages and the rising cost of raw materials.Complete this unique qualification in just two years as an accelerated program and gain a dual qualification and professional accreditation in both construction management and property development.

Entry requirements

For international students

The entry requirements for each iteration of the program are:

2 years full-time, accelerated program | 84 Units of Credit (UOC)

An undergraduate honours degree with a credit average in a related field, OR
An undergraduate honours with a credit average in an unrelated field honours plus 3 years construction industry experience at a managerial level, OR
A masters degree with a credit average in a related* field

*There may be different IELTS requirements depending on your chosen course.
