What will I learn?

Get moving on a career in Kinesiology with this interactive professional degree. Trent’s four-year B.Sc.Kin. degree focuses on human performance and function across the life span. You’re encouraged to get hands-on – in the lab and out in the community – working with everyone from Olympic hopefuls to senior citizens. Get advanced clinical and practical perspective through courses integrated with Trent’s Nursing program, as well as classes in exercise physiology, anatomy, biomechanics, injury management, and exercise in chronic disease. By the time you graduate, you’ll develop the expertise necessary to pursue certification as a registered kinesiologist (R.Kin.).

Entry requirements

For students from United States

All students are required to have the following for admission to all programs: High School diploma. English Language Proficiency Tests: TOEFL: minimum score of 86 IBT with a minimum writing score of 20 OR 580 PBT with a minimum TWE score of 4.5; IELTS: minimum score of 6.5, with no band below 6.0; CAEL: minimum score of 60; Cambridge Assessment English: Grade of 'C'; Pearson PTE Academic: minimum score of 59.

For international students

Ontario Secondary School Requirements:

Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)
A minimum of six Grade 124U or 4M courses, including program specific prerequisites
A minimum 70% overall final average (unless otherwise specified below)
ENG 4U with a minimum of 60%

Program Requirements:

75% overall average, MHF4U or MCV4U (MHF4U and MCV4U strongly recommended)

English Language Proficiency Tests:
