The Department of International Languages offers programs in Mandarin, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish and German. Studying languages helps you to develop skills such as cultural awareness, formal and informal speaking, knowledge of other countries, listening, mental agility, proof-reading, report-writing, editing, summarizing and verbal accuracy.
