What will I learn?

Studying Business Administration prepares you for a wealth of career options. At Crandall’s Business School, business students have an opportunity to concentrate their business studies in Accounting, Economics & Finance, Marketing, or Management. Through the program you will learn to communicate clearly, analyze organizational issues, resolve business challenges and identify best business practices.

The tools and skills you gain at Crandall’s Business School will equip you to succeed in a demanding career or to pursue Graduate Studies.

Program highlights

Crandall’s Business School also offers the BBA Cooperative Education degree that, through on-the-job experience, provides students with the opportunity to put learning into practice while developing important career-building network connections Co-op students alternate study semesters with three work-terms during which they earn money. At our Business School, students regularly compete in case competitions. Recently, Crandall students placed in the top three in the regional Entrepreneur Contest and went on to the national competition.

Complete a business internship for credit, if you wish. Past internships have included such activities as completing an organizational design and implementation, and working in an HR department’s policy area.

Join the Business Society, an active campus organization that includes both social activities and support for the group’s charitable projects.

Career outlook

A degree in Business Administration from Crandall University prepares you for a wide range of career opportunities. Our graduates have gone on to become accountants, financial managers, information technology managers, marketers and entrepreneurs. Entry requirements

For international students

High school applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

High school graduation
Minimum average of 70% on five successfully completed Grade 12 academic courses including Grade 12 academic English (or French for applicants from Francophone schools) and any Math or Science courses required for your desired degree program.

Required scores by testing system:

IELTS – Academic: minimum overall score of 6.5 with no area less than 6.0. (International English Language Testing System)
TOEFL-IBT: minimum 90 overall, minimum 21 in each area. (Internet-Based Test)
TOEFL-CBT: minimum 236 overall, minimum TWE 4.5. (Computer-Based Test)
TOEFL-PBT: minimum 580 overall, minimum TWE 4.5. (Paper-Based Test)
CAN-Test: minimum 4.5 overall, minimum 4.0 in each area. (Canadian Test of English for Scholars and Trainees)
CAEL: minimum band 70 overall, minimum 60 in each area. (Canadian Academic English Language Assessment)
MELAB: minimum 85 overall, minimum 80 in each area. (Michigan English Language Assessment Battery)
CLB: minimum 9 overall, minimum 8 in each area. (Canadian Language Benchmarks)
Duolingo: minimum 115 overall, minimum 95 in each area
Common European Framework: C1.
Cambridge English Scale: minimum overall score of 176 from C1 Advanced. No less than 169 in any paper.
PTE (Pearson) Academic: minimum score of 56
