What will I learn?

Flight Attendants are ambassadors of the passenger experience in the Airline industry. In this program, students focus on the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to provide exceptional passenger service and deal effectively with the travelling public. Through theory and hands on experience, students gain knowledge of the various duties and responsibilities of a flight attendant and how to provide quality service and leadership. Emphasis is placed on passenger safety and use of emergency equipment through simulated experiences.

Entry requirements

For international students

OSSD or equivalent with Grade 12 English (C or U) Mature students, non-secondary school applicants (19 years or older), and home school applicants may also be considered for admission. Eligibility may be met by applicants who have taken equivalent courses, upgrading, completed their GED, and equivalency testing. Applicants must meet ONE of the following criteria to meet Georgians language proficiency requirements: TOEFL Internet-based test (IBT): 79 TOEFL Paper-based test: 550 IELTS Academic only: 6.0 YELT: 1-5 TOEIC: 800 Graduate of Level 8 of Georgians GAAS - English for Academic Purposes: 60% in certificate or completion of level 8 with 70% or higher Canadian Academic English Language (CAEL): 60 Pearson Test of Academic English (PTE): 58 Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE): 170
