What will I learn?

The diploma in Supply Chain and Operations will prepare students with necessary skills to succeed in an organization that require multidisciplinary supply chain and operations roles. Graduates will have exposure to many facets within a typical supply chain such as customs clearance, transportation, warehousing and procurement.

During the two years of study in this diploma program, you will learn to analyze business processes to improve productivity, develop a master production schedule, by using materials requirements planning (MRP), balance supply and demand, construct a detailed project management plan, and develop and implement quality management programs.

The experienced faculty members will employ hands-on projects and assignments that simulate those undertaken in actual business settings to teach the various business practices

  • Introduction to the SAP, an enterprise resource planning software that is recognize as being a world leader in supply chain application software
  • The Supply Chain and Operations program has professional associations with the Canadian Association for Production and Inventory Control, SAP University Alliance and Canadian Supply Chain Sector Council.
  • Students will have the opportunity to gain experiential learning through external classroom exposure in the forum of field trips to local companies and college sponsored Faculty-Led International Programs (FLIP).

Entry requirements

For international students

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, or mature student status (19 years or older)
  • Grade 12 English (C or U), or equivalent (minimum grade required), or take the Centennial English Admission Test
  • Grade 11 Mathematics (C, M, or U) or Grade 12 Mathematics (C or U), or equivalent (minimum grade required), or take a Centennial College Math Skills Assessment for Admission

English Language Requirements:

  • A TOEFL score of 550 (paper-based) or 80+ (internet based with no test below 20)
  • IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0+ (with no single test score below 5.5)
  • CAEL (Canadian Academic English Language Assessment) with an overall band score of 60
  • Pearson Test of English (Academic) score of 51 plus
  • ITEP (International Test of English Proficiency) score of 3.7 plus.
