What will I learn?

Through hands-on training, as well as practical and theoretical knowledge, you will learn the fundamentals of traditional and contemporary baking. Your instructors have your success in mind – focusing on topics covering baking and pastry fundamentals, food costing, traditional cakes, sanitation and safety, as well as bakery operations. Through a mix of working individually, and as part of a team, you will gain the skills necessary for a lifelong career as a baking professional.
